Made with a 3-layer bonded fabric, this softshell is waterproof to 10,000mm, making it perfect for outdoor security work or simply for staying dry in wet weather. The outer layer is made of 93% polyester and 7% elastane, while the mid layer features a TPU waterproof, breathable, and windproof membrane. The inner layer is constructed with microfleece for added warmth and comfort. This softshell also features a full self-coloured waterproof zip with zip puller, 2 self-coloured covered zipped pockets, a hanger loop inside the neck, and is wind resistant and breathable. Return & Refund policy
If you have received faulty or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery who will be happy to help sort it out.
If you wish to return items to us for any other reason please get in touch by email with your order reference, so that we can issue your returns authorisation.
Your returns authorisation needs to be included with the returned items. All items need to be returned in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of delivery.
Unfortunately we don't offer a free returns service. We recommend using a signed for delivery service to get your items back to us.
Delivery surcharges for priority services are customer preference and will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted without a returns authorisation.
The following items cannot be returned, face masks and coverings, underwear, clearance items, any items that have been customised in any way or items that are sealed for hygiene reasons.

After they have been checked by one of our team we will process your refund.
We aim to complete all of this within 5 days.
Your refund will be made by the original payment method. Please be aware that it may take a few days for your refund to appear depending on your bank.
